Q2: How do I install my VDarts dartboard?

A: Installation manual will be included with your electronic dartboard. Make sure to follow the instructions carefully to ensure a secure and level installation.

Q3: Do I need special darts to play on a VDarts dartboard?

A: Our dartboards come with their own darts. It can also be used with standard soft-tip darts, which are designed specifically for electronic dartboards. We suggest using darts that are under 20 g to avoid damaging the segments.

Q4: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept payments through PayPal. Please note that having a PayPal account is not required; you can make a direct payment using a credit card.  

Q5: What is the warranty on VDarts products?

A: Most our products come with a 1-year limited warranty. Please note that the warranty does not cover physical damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect. 

Q6: How long does shipping take?

A: Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method. Please refer to the shipping information and estimated delivery times under each product.
